The Boyzzz SA | South African YouTubers

With the lock down well underway, you’re probably on the look for something new to watch after exhausting all your favourites. Well, I’ve got the plug on another YouTube channel you’re sure to enjoy binge watching during the remainder of the lock down... THE BOYZZZ SA!

Charlotte Ngobeni, Mahlatse Manchidi & Charmaine Ngobeni

The Boyzzz SA is actually a female trio (cues outrage!) from Tembisa who started off just taking a lot live videos while they were just chilling as cousinswhich led to the idea to start a YouTube channel to show their fun and outgoing lives. Their channel is diverse in content and it is quite entertaining as they share a bit of their lives with witty story times, humorous challenges and engaging vlogs. According to Charmaine, they decided not to group themselves into one category because they are versatile and spontaneous! Something’s are better out of boxes anyways.

Working as a group, especially where family is involved, can be a bit tricky but for Mahlatse that’s the best part of it, because she says they have the same “type of crazy” which makes it easier to agree on the content they put out and it’s also an advantage because they can also create content based on their family for example how they had everyone at the edge of their seats with their ‘Guess Who’s Pregnant’ vlog.

In terms of collaborations they would like to have in the future, the trio mentioned that they would love to work with new and upcoming youtubers as well as the likes of Life with Zuri Africa, The Three Fine Guys, Palesa Legodi and Lebo’s Life.

The Boyzzz might just be my favourite female trio on YouTube, from their funny personalities to the entertaining vlogs that make one feel that their right there creating the content with them, it’s one channel that’s sure to keep you entertained for a while. Corona virus might’ve put their content plans on hold but they do have enough content up already to keep the viewers entertained.

If you want to start with their favourites here’s where to start:

Charmaine’s favourite episode: December vlog

Charlotte& Mahlatse’s favourite: Valentine’s blind date

My favourite of their videos has to be the Sunday chillout video mainly because that’s where I met them and it was pretty cool watching it all come alive and if you're wondering how they came up with the name, check out their 'Get to know us tag!' video
